Lithium battery coating slurries contain a large amount of solvents (such as NMP) and binders. If not properly treated, they will cause battery swelling, leakage, and performance degradation.

Suner's closed-loop energy station is designed with a reasonable pre-treatment process. Through effective drying, these solvents are evaporated, and the binders are precipitated on the surface of active materials and conductive agents.
