Introduction to Closed-Loop Energy Station

Isenthalpic heating source, referred to as dry heat source, adopts energy cycle technology to realize infinite cycle utilization of sensible heat and latent heat of energy, which greatly saves energy loss in the process of production and life. This technology is mainly used for air flow drying, such as fluidized bed, boiling drying. Various products drying, coating machines, etc. The moisture or organic matter in the production process is converted from vapor state to liquid state isenthalpically, and the released heat is used for reheating the drying gas. Generally, it can rise from ambient temperature to above 100℃.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving Principle of Closed-Loop Energy Station

Energy cannot be created out of nothing, nor can it disappear out of nothing. With energy closed-loop technology, only starting energy is needed to supplement the energy loss during operation.

Traditional Heat Recovery Method:

With traditional heat recovery methods, no matter how good the effect is. Even with 100% heat recovery, it is impossible to be higher than the exhaust temperature. As shown in the right figure, the ambient temperature is 30℃, and after heat recovery, it can never exceed 50℃.

Thermal Energy Closed-Loop Energy Station:

By supplementing the loss during operation, the operating energy consumption will be greatly reduced. Generally, it can be reduced by more than 60%. As shown in the right figure: the temperature can directly reach the required temperature (110℃), no longer need a heating source, and realize energy closed-loop cycle.

Maintenance

Inspect exhaust gas pipelines and hot air channels: Regularly check whether the exhaust gas collection pipelines and hot air channels are blocked, leaking or damaged, to ensure the smooth flow of exhaust gas and hot air and avoid affecting the efficiency of heat energy recovery. Check the overall operating status of the system before daily startup, including the power supply of the equipment, the display of the control panel and alarm information, to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Regular maintenance items: Inspect heat exchangers: regularly clean scale and oil stains in heat exchangers to ensure high efficiency of heat exchange. Clean the surface of the heat exchanger to prevent the decline of heat exchange efficiency. In-depth cleaning and inspection can be arranged every 6 months or 12 months according to the operating conditions of the equipment.
Troubleshooting and maintenance: Alarm handling: if the system has an alarm or fault (such as overheating, abnormal pressure, electrical fault, etc.), it is necessary to carry out troubleshooting in a timely manner. Quickly locate and solve problems in accordance with the equipment manual and fault diagnosis procedures.
